Benchmarking

PRI-STAT provides two types of benchmarking.

The first is internal benchmarking which includes standard analysis, reports and dashboards providing comparisons among customer-facing units. Of special value are comparative analyses of performance against customer LifeStyle segments, providing a totally new approach to enhancing performance leading to significant increases in revenues.

The second is external benchmarking, where subscribers are eligible to participate in a voluntary cooperative benchmarking effort with other subscribers. PKG prepares “blind” summaries and analysis of participating firms’ performance by LifeStyle segment against measurements critical to that segment. This system enables a participating subscriber to achieve deep insights about the level of performance that is possible when the best customers and best prospects are properly identified.
